Terms of Service

`Payment and Refunds`・ The client will pay half of the fee upfront, non-refundable. If a steam game or gift card, payment will occur after the sketch has been approved.(Gifts on Steam are able to be refunded, refund policy still applies)・ The client will be emailed a full quality PNG or GIF through email only after 100% payment.・ No refunds if I have already started on the coloring stage.・ A full refund can only be issued if 3 months have passed without any work done on the artwork.`Process`・ The client will be sent updates on my progress and will be allowed two revisions for free.・ Generally I am usually quick with comms, but no rushing, as I have obligations other than art. A rush fee (24/48 hour delivery) may apply if necessary, but must be discussed.`Usage`・ I reseve the right to add the artwork to my portfolio, stream the process, and post WIPs. In case of confidentiality, you must mention it to me before I start the commission.・ The client must give the proper credits to me. The client is not allowed to claim to be the author of the artwork even in case of confidentiality.・ For any of my artworks, no one is allowed to resell, modify, trace, use them for AI, or turn them into NFTs.・ I have the right to refuse any commissions for any reason.
